Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet y el resto incluyen un portal cautivo. Ese portal resuelve el acceso: autentica, aplica términos y deja pasar. Es una función de red, y está bien resuelta. Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet and the rest all ship a captive portal. That portal solves access: it authenticates, applies terms and lets the user through. It's a network function, and a well-solved one.

NOTROS no compite con esa capa: se apoya en ella. Lo que agrega arriba es lo que el portal del fabricante no hace — perfilar a la persona contra el CRM del cliente, componer el contenido según lugar y momento, registrar consentimiento granular y revocable con trazabilidad legal, y devolver analítica de comportamiento y no de red. Y lo hace de forma agnóstica: puede operar sobre dos o más infraestructuras distintas a la vez, algo que ningún portal de fabricante hace con el equipamiento de la competencia. NOTROS doesn't compete with that layer — it sits on top of it. What it adds is what the vendor portal doesn't do: profile the person against the client's CRM, compose content by place and moment, record granular, revocable consent with legal traceability, and return behavioural analytics rather than network analytics. And it does so vendor-agnostically: it can run across two or more different infrastructures at once, which no vendor portal does with a competitor's equipment.

Para el usuario, en la lista de redes disponibles, se ve exactamente igual que la red real. An evil twin —a rogue access point cloning the name of a legitimate network— is one of the most common attacks in busy physical spaces. In the list of available networks, it looks exactly like the real one.

SmileSafe agrega una verificación fuera de banda: un código dinámico que rota y se publica en las pantallas físicas del recinto, que la persona compara al momento de conectarse. El canal de verificación es el espacio físico, no la red — por eso un atacante remoto no puede replicarlo. No sustituye a WPA3, 802.1X ni Passpoint: los complementa en la capa donde el usuario decide. SmileSafe adds an out-of-band check: a rotating dynamic code published on the venue's physical screens, which the person compares at connection time. The verification channel is the physical space, not the network — which is why a remote attacker cannot replicate it. It does not replace WPA3, 802.1X or Passpoint: it complements them at the layer where the user decides.
